One of the most acclaimed timepieces at SIHH returns today with a new white gold case also with a hammered finish. His name is Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Frosted Gold Limited Edition (41mm) and will be available in only 200 numbered pieces.
The external finish of this Royal Oak is the result of a technique developed a few decades ago by the Florentine jeweler Bucci. “Frost” – which literally means “frost” in English – summarizes the tiny hollows made by a diamond-tipped tool on the surface of a polished metal – in this case 18 k white gold. The bracelet was also decorated in the same way. The typical Grande Tapisserie dial is a deep blue hue.fake watches
The presentation of the new Royal Oak Frosted Gold Limited Edition (41mm) prompted replica Audemars Piguet to review the accessories collection made by the Maison of Le Brassus with six new pairs of Royal Oak cufflinks: three in steel with a central blue “Tapisserie” motif. , black or silver; two in pink gold, again with a blue or black “Tapisserie” motif, and finally one in yellow gold with a blue motif.
The twins have always taken up the iconic octagonal shapes invented for Audemars Piguet by the late Gerald Genta.
The movement is the now tried and tested 3120, a caliber still at the forefront that the Maison, thanks to additional modules, has used almost everywhere. All its 280 elements are rhodium-plated and the characteristic côtes de Genéve appear everywhere.
